This policy (together with our Website Terms and Conditions) and any other agreements set out the basis on which any personal data BS collects from you, or that you provide to BS, will be processed by BS.
Personal information which BS may collect about you:
You may provide information voluntarily to BS or a designated service provider at the time of registering to use the website, subscription information for any of BS’s services or products (including, without limitation, name, address, e-mail and credit card details) or any requests for further services. If you contact BS (or any member of BS’s group), BS may keep a record of that contact. BS may also keep a record and details of transactions you carry out through the website and of your visits to the website, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for BS billing or subscription purposes or otherwise, and the resources that you access whilst on the website. The data that BS collects from you may be transferred to, and stored inside or outside the European Union (EU), including the USA. It may also be processed by employees of the BS group or BS’s suppliers. This transfer, storage and processing is for the purpose of administering your account or the provision of products and services which you have requested. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing and processing. On a regular basis, BS deletes activity information associated with your account.
You will not receive direct marketing from companies outside the BS group as a result of giving us your consent under (1) above. If we wish to allow a third party to send you direct marketing at any time we will in advance seek your consent before sharing your personal information with that third party. Whenever we send you direct marketing information about the BS group’s products or services (usually by e-mail) we will tell you how you can unsubscribe from receiving such materials. You may change any personal details held by BS at any time by contacting BS at the above location or following the relevant links on the subscriber area of the website. BS reserves the right to impose restrictions on such requests, including if required to do so by applicable laws or moral considerations.
Disclosing your data:
BS may disclose your personal information to any member of its group, which means subsidiaries, affiliates or ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 736 of the UK Companies Act 1985 (the “Act”).

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information BS hold about you.
